Keeping Busy!!

WOW I can not believe how fast I am booking up for February!

I was asked yesterday to make cupcakes for the BIG Olympic event in Picton, So I'm pretty excited about that! Not to mention all the fun birthday cakes I have coming up!

I cant get over how fast little one's grow up. A week today and my little girl will be 2! It seems like just yesterday I was in pain for 3 whole days trying to b

ring her into this world, And now she's running around talking, singing, and dancing! She's the best thing in this world! Everyone should have one :)

So far, this is the best icing job i've done to date! Nice and smooth edges!!

For the last month, I've been looking online for a company selling the perfect apron for my "pin up girl" style, and I FINALLY found one!!

Mini Cups!

I made these cute little mini cupcakes for Caitlin, who is one of many fabulous photographers in Picton. She will be bringing these with her to the Bridal Show tomorrow in Kingston at St Lawrence College. As I blogged yesterday, I made Rene's Son, Jaero an R2D2 star wars cake for his 8th birthday. I totally shocked the family with the cut out life like cake. They only had the idea of me coming up with a "boyish" cake. So I wanted to surprise them, and it was a success :)

First Cake Of The Year!

So today I'm handing of the first cake of the year! I cant post pictures yet because I'm not finished and its a surprise for the family :)

Im so excited for 2010 for myself and for Krysti Kakes, Lots of new things happening this year. Lots to look forward too.

I've been keeping up with my daily work outs at the gym and am going into the new years 30lbs lighter! I am officially under what I weighed before I got pregnant with my daughter! I was very excited to see that last time I took a deep breath and stepped on the scale!

All my hard work is starting to pay off! The gym right now has a new years special on if anyone is interested :)

Here's a hint of what's to come this year , Krysti Kakes is getting a whole new look and edge! And I cant WAIT!! :)
