Busy Weekend!

This weekend I had a few fun orders! Some new ideas and some old favorites!

This cake wasn't made this weekend, I just found the pictures of it. The customer of this cake asked her 3yr daughter what she wanted for a birthday cake and she said she wanted her "blankey" on the cake. So the mother sent me a picture of the blanket and I made it for the top of the cake, The daughter and mother both loved the cake!

Mason Jar Cupcakes!!

So I've seen these done before on the net and thought what a cute way to eat a cupcake with a spoon! So I wanted to try them out! And they turned out great!!

I'm going to sell these now and there will be lots of different flavors to try :) These ones below are Vanilla cake with cream cheese frosting and sprinkles :)

New Ideas!!

Okay I'm awfull. I keep forgetting to keep everyone up to date on my cakes! I haven't been posting as many, as some are repeats. Im waiting for some out of this world crazy cakes, which I have a few coming up so will blog them as they come.

I've been brain storming like crazy for new idea

s, And I've come up with a few. One I'm going to try fairly soon and pass off to a few friends for taste try outs! Hopefully its a hit, which I think it will be.

Spring Time

So i've really been slacking on the blogging lately. Even though you wont find any cake pictures in this blog, doesn't mean I haven't been busy. I've had a cake order almost every weekend and I have also booked a wedding order for every month starting May till August so far :)

Hope everyone had a great Easter weekend!! I know we sure did!

Lake Placid!

This weekend that just passed I went to Lake Placid with my boyfriend and his family. Our reason to go was to watch his brother, their son Dylan Clarke, play in the NCAA Frozen Four! All though it was a GREAT close game, his team lost :( But Dylan played very well. I enjoyed my time with Drew's family this weekend, Lake Placid is beautiful from what I got to see.
